About Me

Caroline Harshaw is a physician assistant with clinical interests in sports-related injuries, arthritis and lower extremity issues. She earned her undergraduate degree through University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC. She went on to complete her master’s degree at Wingate University Physician Assistant Program in Wingate, NC.

Harshaw believes that listening to her patients is essential. She focuses on education when diagnosing and treating patients, so they have a better understanding of their conditions, treatments and goals.

In her spare time, Harshaw loves being outside, going on long walks, attending University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill games, reading and spending time with family.

Dr. Harshaw explained everything very well, including through visual examples. She was patient in answering my questions and provided very good explanations of solutions, which included medication and PT exercises that I could do at home. I greatly appreciated the quality of this visit.
