Love having Dr. Friedman as my cardiologist! He not only listens, but hears what I'm saying. He's has the best bed-side manner and is a real asset to his patients and Wake Med.

The MA asked if I had any requests based on religion (or something like that)...I thought this was a very caring touch. She also helped me figure out a glitch with my prescription - which was above and beyond. Thank you. Wait time is minimal. Parking is easy. Doctor/Provider was prompt and concerned and attentive.

Yes excellent visit and staff- I brought a bag of vitamins and meds and left by accident in the o by and they were retrieved and when I got there to pick them up the nurse window closed and a woman who was leaving returned and brought my meds to me. I was so grateful and I didn’t get her name. Excellent experience with everyone.

I met Dr. Friedman for the first time after having an abnormal EKG. Dr. Friedman spoke in easy to understand terms and explained my options and included his opinion. He spent all the time needed during my appointment and I have great confidence in him. His staff was very nice, friendly and caring. While I wish I didn’t have to have an appointment with a cardiologist, I’m glad it was Dr. Friedman.

My overall impression of the cardiology practice at WakeMed H&V is they support patient's confidence during a stressful health situation. My anxieties are always reduced by the evident competence and caring attitude in G100 as well as the G1200 groups.
I got checked-in, a very short wait before taken back to exam room, nurses got right down to business. They were friendly, Dr. was in mere few.minutes after ekg was complete. I went to Dr. Friedman because he was my wife's cardiologist a year ago and was thorough with her. Impressive crew!
