About Me
Crystal Evans is a family nurse practitioner with clinical interests in urgent care, chronic care management, women's health and preventative care. Evans earned a master’s in the science of nursing from East Tennessee State University. She has a professional association with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Evans strives to meet patients where they are, caring for patients as if they were her own family, while delivering the most comprehensive and unbiased care. She prioritizes educating her patients since she believes this is a key part of helping patients understand their conditions, so they can have informed, joint decision making in their treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
When not at work, Evans enjoys horseback riding, exercising, baking and spending time with friends and family.
