About Me
Dr. Connor Bailey is a board-certified doctor of osteopathic medicine with interests in all facets of medicine. He chose to go into primary care to have a general understanding of all specialties. He is most interested in preventative health as he firmly believes in being proactive as opposed to being reactive. As a native Arizonan, he is also interested in dermatology, specifically skin cancer prevention and early detection. As an amateur athlete and sports aficionado, he, too, enjoys sports medicine and has received ample training during her residency prescribing rehabilitation and, if necessary, administering injection to improve functionality, quality of life and prevent the need for surgical intervention as much as possible. He completed his undergraduate education at University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. He then completed both a master's degree and medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY. Thereafter, he relocated to Raleigh, NC, where he completed residency at WakeMed.
Dr. Bailey places an emphasis on taking care of patients in the same way that he would want his family to be cared for. He wants patients to feel that they are on the same, collaborative team. He aims to be a source of up-to-date medical information and guidelines, ensuring they know he will advocate for them and their families.
When not at work, Dr. Bailey spends as much time outdoors as possible, whether that is being in nature, catching a local concert or trying new restaurants. He is a huge University of Arizona fan, so he is impartial to the UNC-Duke-NC State rivalry for patients who are passionate about their local college teams.
