The way my ICU nurses took care of me after surgery was outstanding
All staff members seem to care deeply for the patient and their families and appreciate the high quality of the health care provided by the fine medical establishment they are working for. Great cooperation among all employees I have come into contact with during this surgery.

The entire Dr. [] team is way better at thier position than any I have ever experienced. Ms. Bull is awesome and has taken get care of me. I am extremely spoiled be everyone here at Wakemed sorry I had to have heart surgery to meet these fine people. Truly Blessed by GOD to have placed us together.

Their medical skills, coupled with a sincere desire to make a positive difference in the lives of their patients, is second to none. The Dr's never rushed through there morning rounds. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. And the nursing staff were complete angels.. They made sure I was comfortable and safe at all hours of the day and night and even had one who was on my admitting team who came to check on my progress a week later.
Christina is very professional,. She asks good questions and listens to your answers before making recommendation. She is a very caring person who puts the welfare of her patients first.

Everything from the beginning to now has been beyond words at the care and compassion each and everyone there gave me. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Since this survey is about my visit with Christina I want to say she was very informative, intelligent, caring and compassionate. And like she said the last time we spoke, I feel like family not just a patient. I certainly don’t want to be sick and have to be there, but I miss each and everyone of them. For the record, Dr [], Lesley, Suzanne and each and everyone that helped care for me, there are not enough thank you’s in the world to let you know how much I appreciate you all.

The entire process established by WMH&VC&TSR is one of total excellence. From the moment of realizing I would need surgery until now the entire process has been excellent. I have consistently known who was in charge of my care, who to call for any concerns, and what was to happen next. I feel well heard and cared for. Every interaction I have with all employees has been nothing but excellent!
While my [ ] issue was a definite shock to me, the professionalism and personal care for me and my entire family by the entire staff and team has been nothing less than completely excellent.
