I was advised while waiting for insurance approval that if my condition changed to go to ER. That night thought my [...], so I went to the ER in Holly Springs. I subsequently found myself at Rex Hospital having Urinal Stent surgery. I am home now with [...]. I appreciate the doctor's advise to go to ER as I think it made a difference than if I delayed.

I have found that the clinic is quite well run. The triage nurses with whom I spoke on the phone were excellent. Scheduling was very good. I did have some significant problem with the phone tree, and once I was completely unsuccessful in getting in touch with anyone. Dr. Kalorin is a superb example of what a physician should be, especially given the very, very difficult practice circumstances prevalent these days. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, spends all of the time necessary, and is excellent at helping to tailor management to individual patient circumstances and desires.
