Bridgette Cross, PNP

Bridgette Cross is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with clinical interests in pediatrics, trauma, emergency medicine, surgery and newborn care. She earned a bachelor’s degree while attending East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She then completed her master of science in nursing and pediatric nurse practitioner primary care at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC.

Cross believes in a patient care philosophy rooted in empathy and collaboration, prioritizing respectful and dignified treatment for the entire patient while also taking family dynamics into account. This method enables her to deliver effective care to pediatric patients and their families through a tailored approach that focuses on their unique perspectives and needs. Ultimately, her care philosophy aligns closely with the principles of family-centered care.

Outside of work, Cross is extremely fond of the arts: music and theater. She also enjoys antiquing, gardening and being near bodies of water — specifically the ocean.
