Made to feel very comfortable with my visit...involving Angela, Kristi, and Dr. Go.
As always, Dr Go provided excellent care. He is absolutely wonderful in all areas. During this visit, his medical assistant was great, and the most personable assistant I’ve had there. She was friendly, professional, and compassionate. With the previous assistants over the past years, I felt like a number but not with this one. It was a nice surprise.
Dr Go is always pleasant and takes his time talking with us.

The nurse, Angela, was excellent. She stayed with me until she was sure that I knew how to use and operate the heart monitor. I spent more time with her than I did with the doctor. She took excellent care of me. She did not rush, but at one time had to get on her knees to adjust the monitor. EXCELLENT!
Dr Go provided clear information, answer Ed all my questions. I was seen promptly.

Front desk staff at Durant Road were friendly, very good and helpful. It wasn't as busy as the New Bern office and so I did not feel as rushed and more at ease to talk to the doctor. He answered my questions and discussed my treatment plan.
Dr Go was attentive and thoughtful about my symptoms and gave prudent advice about my proposed treatment. He carefully explained my options and his recommendations. I was very satisfied

I wish I had written down the name of the lady that did took my blood pressure, did the EKG, etc before Dr. Go came in. She did did a fabulous job: the perfect blend of friendliness and complete professionalism. In fact, the Wake Med team has this history with me and I appreciate it more than I can say. All my visits to the Wake Med Raleigh Heart & Vascular Campus, specifically with Dr Go are exceptional. The facility is always very clean and bright. All support staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Minimal waiting after arriving for appointments. Dr Go is so genuine in his interaction with me in all aspects of my care. He carefully explains findings of exams and results of testing. In addition he offers friendly encouragement for a healthy rewarding lifestyle.

Dr Go is always wonderful at addressing my hearing loss, which is incredibly rare with doctors and medical staff anywhere i go, if i say right up front "i am hard of hearing, wear hearing aids, please remove your mask" etc and i cannot tell you how often doctors and staff do not change their voice level, their speed of talking and i've had eyes almost rolled at me, and visible signs of impatience.. (i'm used to it) thank you Dr. Go. I did tell him this at the visit, haha.
Dr. Go himself is outstanding. So caring, so personable, so patient. We had changed the appointment time due to patient being out of town. Did not know that we would be able to reschedule with Dr. Go. We were and we were so pleased to be able to see him at this visit.

Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel like they cared about me and what was going on with me.
