Also I had to get my bloodwork completed and the two ladies in there were amazing. I'm extremely fearful of needles. She talked to me while Ms. Arlene was performing the procedure. Arlene distracted me so well that I truly didn't feel the pain from the needle poke. They were extremely kind, joyous and professional. Best of all they were quick. I enjoyed being greeted, serviced and ushered out with a genuine smile and professional and pleasant demeanor.
