Bailey Godwin, DNP

Bailey Godwin is a board-certified, doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner with a love for tiny humans! She was a neonatal intensive care unit and newborn specialist nurse prior to transitioning to the newborn nursery team. She earned an undergraduate degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. She then earned her doctorate while attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Godwin’s patient care philosophy is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice and family-centered care. She believes that every newborn deserves a safe, nurturing start to life, and that optimal outcomes are achieved when families are empowered as active participants in their newborn's care.

When not seeing patients, Godwin’s hobbies include going on new adventures with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
