About Me

Dr. Audrey Rhee is a board-certified pediatric urologist who specializes in medical and surgical treatments in pediatric urology. Dr. Rhee received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. After completing her residency in surgery and urology at the Medical College of Georgia in 2010, Dr. Rhee went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric urology at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Dr. Rhee joins WakeMed from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Rhee approaches each patient individually, focusing on their specific needs and what treatment option works best for them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring outdoor activities, reading and playing tennis.

Dr. Rhee was wonderful! She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had answers to all of our questions. It was her personality though that made our experience wonderful! We felt that we could talk openly and freely with her while still getting the medical guidance we needed. Truly a great person and medical professional!

My son was very nervous going in. But within seconds of Dr. Rhee being in the room he changed, he was smiling and talking and wasn't nervous at all anymore. She took what he had to say into consideration and explained stuff better for him and not just me.

Dr Audrey Rhee is honestly the BEST doctor I have EVER met! She is a perfect example to her fellow peers of how a healthcare worker should carry themselves. She was very kind and compassionate as well as knowledgeable about the diagnosis and procedure. She gave us multiple options and left us feeling confident that everything would be okay! She showed care and emotionally connected with me as the patients mother. She spent time drawing out wht was the diagnosis and thoroughly explained the procedure and recovery time and risks. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Rhee has a truly patient centered approach to care. She has wonderful active listening skills and was able to put my child at ease immediately. I appreciated her ability to explain complex medical concepts and treatment strategies to both my son and I in a was that was accessible to both of us. She is truly a credit to the profession!

[NAME] is limited verbal and has an [] diagnosis, so I am always uneasy taking him to meet new doctors but Dr. Rhee was so kind and patient. She was so calm and explained what she was going to do. She also made sure I was sure I didn’t have any questions. She also made [NAME] feel as comfortable as possible. It was a very personal place and she was very respectful of [NAME] and his body, which I appreciated a lot!
