Ashley Chazanow, NP

Ashley Chazanow is a board-certified nurse practitioner with clinical interests in pediatric nutrition and education and promotion of healthy early childhood habits. She also enjoys educating first-time parents in the care of their infants. She completed her undergraduate education at University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Greensboro, NC. She went on to complete her masters at Duke University in Durham, NC.

Chazanow is dedicated to fostering a compassionate and inclusive atmosphere for her pediatric patients and their families, recognizing that a supportive environment is crucial for effective health care. By actively listening to their questions and concerns, she empowers patients to voice their needs and participate in their own care. Understanding that patient comfort and trust are essential components of the experience, Chazanow views empathetic communication as an imperative part of her practice. With this commitment to creating a welcoming space, she not only addresses medical issues but also nurtures the emotional well-being of those she serves.

Outside of work, Chazanow enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, staying active, listening to podcasts and traveling. She also loves supporting the Wolfpack!
