yes, the entire staff was really awesome !!!! from the front desk lady, to the nurse that did initial checks to the doctor ... all first class !!!!
The care is always excellent
Everyone at that facility is just incredible. From the persons who have helped me schedule appointments, to the people who check you in, to the assistant who get your blood pressure and wait to the doctors. I have had nothing but excellent service there in every interaction I’ve had with them. I used to be a patient of the Brier creek location and was worried about the quality when I changed locations but if anything it has exceeded my expectations with each interaction with everyone at the facility!
I got an appointment within the hour of my need, the process of scheduling was easy, and the quality of care was very good.

Usually urgent cares are so bad in everything. But this one from beginning to end is so nice caring clean and prescribe you with medication that helps thanks so much

Not wanting to go in the first place, from the beginning from the reception to the nurse, to Anne, everything was great. Everyone was positive and up lifting, would joke with you to help calm you and most of all very gentle with you. They all listened to you and then took their time to talk to you.
