Anjali Solanki, DO

Dr. Anjali Solanki is a board certified family physician with WakeMed Physician Practices - Primary Care - Brier Creek. Before joining WakeMed Physician Practices, Dr. Solanki worked as a primary care and urgent care physician at Valley Health Medical Group in Dumont, N.J., and as a primary care physician at Crozer-Keystone Health Network in Drexel Hill, Pa.

Dr. Solanki treats patients over the age of 12. Her clinical interests include preventative health care as well as treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma.

As a family practitioner, Dr. Solanki strives to provide her patients with the highest level of care, while still maintaining a doctor-patient relationship where open and honest communication is key. She is committed to educating her patients on their diagnoses so that they can better understand what lifestyle changes they can make to help improve their health in addition to prescribed medical treatment.

Dr. Solanki earned her medical degree from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Philadelphia Pa. and completed a residency in family medicine at Aria Health in Philadelphia. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and daughter, and she is an avid reader. She is a black belt in Taekwondo.
