Thought Amber really took her time for my first visit with her.
Amber did a very good job taking the information and getting it in the system. The blood test I had was very complete and I am happy with the whole process. I am glad I finally decided to change from my old provider to WakeMed Fuquay. The decision was based on travel time through Cary and the nearness of your facility along with a couple of differences I had with some of my old provider's treatment decision, All that said I am happy with Amber's and Sarah's interactions, the blood test also went very well. I was used to going in early in the week then the doctor and I would discuss the findings at my appointment. I do find I like the MyChart and the way your providing the information.
Got checked in and taken to the exam room right on time and Amber came in right away
My wife and I get such a strong sense that Amber cares about us and will help us on every level. She is an amazing Young Lady and we are so thankful to have her as our Medical Guru. We love you Amber!!!!
The lab that did the bloodwork was very friendly and professional.
Everyone worked together in a smooth, efficient manner. My wait time was minimal. My labs were ordered immediately.

I was taken very well care of, as I alway's am. Alway's, Alway's, Alway's. There has never been a time when I went to this clinic that I was mis-treated. Starting at the front desk service . The medical staff are alway's friendly, willing to listen, letting me get involved with medical decision's.

Front desk, lab and urgent care have been wonderful. The care received at urgent care has been exceptional. The doctors and NP listen to concerns and address them immediately. The care at the primary care was not outstanding. Amber does not take My concerns seriously and I had to go back twice to address the same concern which she didn't even treat the concern very well. I went to urgent care a few days later and within 36 hours I am all ready feeling better than I was a few days ago. I will be changing doctors immediately and hope for a better experience

She is gentle, soft-spoken, and easy to speak with--a very excellent health care provider. Medical Assistant Candy also was kind, thorough, and compassionate. I continue to be impressed with the overall quality of WakeMed medical services. From being able to get a prompt appointment for a pressing need through exam and treatment, I find staff to be professional, polite, and caring.

In RI if you had to go to a walk in or godforbid the hospital you would cringe because the conditions were disgusting and the people that worked there were not nice at all. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this appointment. As with all of my interactions with doctors, NP’s. Nurses and the front checkin counter I am totally grateful and thankful for them all. I have been very fortunate to have nothing but great things to say about everything I have had the honor to have interactions! Thanks for keeping all these medical staff in your employment. Because to be honest if I didn’t care for even one of them I wouldn’t have ever returned to the practice or urgent care! Because I have already changed my primary care doctor since moving here in 2019! I had a primary care doctor and she was wonderful. But after she left the practice I was assigned another doctor whom I hate to say it never even acted like she cared if I was there to see her or not! She also acted like I was bothering her day and she acted like she didn’t like me because I was an older white woman! So believe me I won’t hold in words or punches when it comes to my care.
