About Me
Amanda Centner is a board-certified physician assistant with clinical interests in inpatient oncology and acute oncologic emergencies. She received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from South University in Tampa, Florida, and bachelor’s degree from Simmons College in Boston. In addition, Centner attended the Health Careers Program in Pre-Medical Studies from Harvard University, prior to attending PA school.
Centner strives to treat each patient how she would want herself or her loved ones to be treated. Oncologic diagnoses are one of the most stressful diagnosis and Amanda works diligently to listen, explain things to her patients, and provide comfort and compassionate care throughout their health care plan. Outside of work, Centner enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with her children.
