About Me
Allie Lewis is a board-certified physician assistant with a background in obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN) and public health. Her clinical interests include women’s health, autoimmune disorders and preventive medicine. She especially enjoys working with women and children and supporting families through all stages of development and growth. Lewis earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. She completed a dual-degree program at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC, receiving both a master of physician assistant practice and a master of science in public health.
Lewis’ personal patient care philosophy centers around building strong, long-term relationships and working collaboratively with patients to help them make informed decisions about their health. She believes in treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms, by understanding patient goals, concerns and day-to-day realities. With a master’s in public health, she is also passionate about improving the health of communities and helping patients access the resources they need to support their long-term well-being. Lewis has clinical experience in both local and global health settings, including working in free mobile clinics and participating in medical mission work in Ghana, Africa.
When not seeing patients, Lewis enjoys playing pickleball with her husband and friends, cheering on the NC State Wolfpack, trying new foods (especially Thai food) and traveling.
