Provider Ratings & Comments

Criteria for comment removal: 

• Disclosure of personal patient information – full name, diagnosis, treatment, birthday.
• Placing at risk patient privacy (too much personal data)
• Use of profane, derogatory, discriminatory, racist, slanderous or libel language
• Comments concerning another physician or APP
• Describing experiences from other episodes of care not related to the provider visit (Emergency Department, prior visit or hospitalization, etc.)
• Critiquing the provider medical decision-making
• Critiquing or commenting on the providers physical appearance or language
• Containing only emojis without supporting comments
• Comments that include a staff members full name (first name is ok)
• Comments about “already said this”
• Cost or insurance coverage
• Anything threatening
• One-word reviews (awesome, great, just provider’s name, etc)
• Comments about “because they deserved it”
