About Me

Dr. Anna Fleischman is a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician with clinical interests in full spectrum OB-GYN care for all ages, low/high risk obstetrics, patient education and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotic, vaginal and laparoscopic techniques.

Dr. Fleischman earned her medical degree and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. During this time, she was recognized for her excellence in general obstetrics and gynecology and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Dr. Fleischman believes in collaborating with her team to provide excellent and respectful patient care while leaving a positive impact on the patients and families that she serves.

Outside of work, Dr. Fleischman enjoys exploring the outdoors of North Carolina, traveling, hiking, DIY projects around her house, and spending time with her husband, Kyle, and dog, Aspen.

I believe she is the best doctor I have met so far. I’ve been struggling with an issue related to hemoglobin and iron for a long time, and most doctors I’ve seen before gave me answers that I knew were incorrect because I understand my condition very well. This doctor, however, gave me accurate and very practical explanations.

Dr. Fleischman cared about my situation and listened to me. I was able to find a doctor that took the time to explain things to me and offer me solutions! She allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and left the doors open to reach out at any time. I’ve had a speedy recovery and know that if I ever need Dr. Fleischman she’s just a phone call away. I am so thankful for her.

Dr.Fleischman was so helpful and easy to talk to. She made me feel heard and cared for, and eased my concerns by giving me a detailed, easy to understatement assessment, and next steps. My concern was even resolved the same day!! As a new mom going through postpartumfor the first time, I'm so grateful to have a Doctor like her.
