About Me

Cliff Menafra is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with clinical interests in managing emergent urological conditions, kidney stone management and treating general urological conditions. He received his master’s degree in nursing as a clinical nurse leader from University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. Menafra also received his post-master’s certificate as a family nurse practitioner from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Menafra believes that positive patient care stems from a multidisciplinary approach. It takes a whole team of providers, nurses, technicians and ancillary staff working together as one to truly care for the patient. Menafra also believes that effective communication is essential. When away from work, Menafra enjoys spending time with his family and friends, animals, tennis, being outdoors and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

As stated in prior comments, everyone put me at ease, with such professionalism, but at the same time, very helpful and kind. Meant so much to me, as a first time experience. Definitely was made to feel comfortable. Dr Cliff was absolutely amazing. Took the time to explain everything in detail, and answered all my questions, so that I clearly understood them. The nurse was wonderful. As I said, they each contributed in keeping me so calm! Highly recommend this facility. But I truly feel that it was the staff that was placed there for me, and the wonderful doctor, and staff. Hopefully, they will remain in place when I return.
