Julie Torsone, CPNP

As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Julie Torsone works closely with the team at WakeMed Physician Practices Pediatric Surgery to provide pre- and post-operative care for pediatric surgical patients, working directly with patients and their families to provide education and coordinate services. Torsone earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.; a bachelor's degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.; and a master's degree in nursing from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also graduated from the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program.
