We love Dr Hari and her staff. Last year due to insurance issues between UHC and WakeMed we had to go to Rex. Although they were very kind and helpful, the minute we learned the Insurance issue was fixed, we returned to WakeMed and Dr Hari. Outstanding communication, organization and genuine compassion are why we have stayed with Dr Hari and her staff for 5 years and will continue. Her office and the WakeMed Primary group in Brier Creek with Nurse [ ] were a large part of the reason my parents moved from Miami to live here permanently!

All went well. They had to also take care of scheduling my test with Wake Med Cardiology at New Bern. I felt like they could use a third person because she was checking people out and trying to schedule my tests. Regardless the people out front are courteous and friendly and helpful.

In my experience as a caregiver and a pharmacist employed in various clinical settings including hospital, home infusion, and retail pharmacy. I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Hari as my mother’s physician and healthcare advocate.

Although the care team was running behind, the quality are care was great. The medical assistant who helped me was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained all procedures and informed me of results where applicable. Dr. Hari erred on the side of caution after I explained the anxiety I had around this issue. I feel much more at ease after seeing her and would go back if ever needed.
