WakeMed Cary Hospital accepts walk-in patients for screening mammograms Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm and routine X-rays (physician’s order required) daily from 7 am to 7:30 pm. Please bring your insurance information with you. Additional imaging services are offered and appointments are readily available. Please note that for those services, a physician’s order is required and must be sent over prior to or at the time of scheduling.

Imaging Services:

• MRI (including breast MRI)
• CT Scan (64-slice) including cardiac CT and bariatric CT 
• Nuclear Medicine Testing
• Digital Screening & Diagnostic Mammography (Including 3D Mammography) — We offer early, late and Saturday appointments for screening mammograms
• Breast Biopsy to include Stereotactic
• Ultrasound
• Digital X-ray
• Children’s Imaging Services
• Full-body Bone Densitometry — For the convenience of our patients, we offer early and late bone densitometry appointments. A physician order is required for bone densitometry exams.
• Fluoroscopy
• Interventional Radiology
