Both the PA and the MD were excellent! The check in process was easy and quick. The medical assistant that asked us the questions about medications and such was also excellent.

I was 15 min late (at least). When I got there I found out that I was even later than 8 thought., so I was even more embarrassed , the staff had even gone to the trouble of finding me an earlier date vs Sept. When I found out I could stay for my appointment I was very grateful. . Dr Overton found a piece of debris/wax in my ear. I’m sure it had been effecting my hearing.

Dr. Oberlin's approach to sharing information was greatly appreciated as it helped to reduce my anxiety. He shared images on the monitor and explained what they were in a practical way that was non-condescending, which is rare!
