About Me
Dr. James Perciaccante is a board-certified neonatologist who joined WakeMed Physician Practices - Neonatology in 2001. He serves as director of WakeMed Physician Practices - Neonatology.
After receiving his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y., Dr. Perciaccante completed his pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. He also completed a National Institutes of Health (NIH) fellowship in the Pathology of Vascular Disease at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry at LeMoyne College, also in Syracuse, N.Y.
Dr. Perciaccante is a member of the Perinatal Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the North Carolina Neonatologist Association and the North Carolina Medical Society.
