I must say, every time I visit I can truly say the check-in person is so kind to make sure paperwork, etc. is in order and to answer any questions I may have. Also, I find interesting people to talk to while waiting but we can never finish our conversation before being called on for an appointment. I guess it's because of the atmosphere of everyone having patience and being kind to each other. Dr. T. Adnan is a good Doctor and so glad I chose her to be my Physician. She represents that title well, very concerned with her patients. I notice her listening first to see what my problem may be and then trying to diagnose a solution to help or solve the problem. Will follow up to check on you to make sure you are taken care of yourself. She's a wonderful Doctor and I would recommend her to other family members and friends if they need help.

For the first time though, a med student came in before Dr. Adnan and was very thorough in asking about the reason I was visiting as well as other issues. It was a comprehensive visit overall and I felt that my issues were heard and well-addressed. After having an unsatisfactory doctor at another location, before Covid, I am very happy that I found a doctor like Dr. Adnan and am equally happy that WakeMed Primary Care continues to take United Healthcare insurance so that I don't have to disrupt care to find another doctor.

Shanell, the receptionist was excellent. She was friendly and went out of her way to greet everyone with a smile. While I was there, she ran after a patient that had just left to catch him as he had left his coat. She was so kind to the elderly patients checking in. She is by far the most kind and caring par/receptionist that I have encountered anywhere in the WakeMed system. This office had just moved locations and there were things not quite settled but she took it in stride and did so with a smile.
