WakeMed Patient - April 2020

My first video visit and all went well. At first we thought all devices were doing as they should but Dr. Daw could not hear me. He solved the problem by continuing on the phone. He was patient and all worked out well.

WakeMed Patient - April 2020

The care received was outstanding. From the front desk to the visit with the provider, I felt heard and the explanations were clear and understandable. I felt my health cannot be in better hands. God bless these and all healthcare workers. I am thankful.

WakeMed Patient - April 2020

I didn''t actually have a â??in officeâ?? visit due to Covid -19 Dr. Daw and I have a online visit. I especially appreciate Dr Daw as I never feel rushed, he respects my views concerning medications, he always looks something up if he doesn''t know the answer and we have very similar sense of humor which helps me relax. I feel Dr Daw listens to my needs and concerns and makes me feel like he honestly cares about me. I also have the greatest respect for his staff. They aware always friendly, polite and attentive. From the outside looking in if there''s pressure or stress going on as a patient I don''t feel it The office appears to be a happy place which is always appreciated by a patient

WakeMed Patient - April 2020

I fell very fortunate to have found a cardiologist as highly skilled as well as kind and caring, as Dr. Daw. When I first moved to this area, I had a terrible experience with Duke Med cardiologist and his staff. The contrast is astonishing - Dr. Daw is excellent in every way. The other guy........ not so much.
