I liked that Lawrence (I think that’s right) took time doing blood pressure and other measurements. My blood pressure often goes up if things seem rushed.
The nurse who accompanied me in to the exam room and took my vitals was very good at making me feel at ease and did a good job getting information from me. He was caring, kind and welcoming. I'm sorry that I don't remember his name. The folks at the reception desk are also always very welcoming.

I was calling for a general in-person visit and was given an appt for the following day. However, when I was completing the questionnaire that was emailed to me, I actually started experiencing symptoms. I took a [ ] test and it was positive! My appt was then changed to a video visit and everything was handled smoothly and quickly. The staff was excellent and very patient with me since I was having difficulty setting up for the video visit which I had never done before. The assistant walked me through everything and was very helpful and explained everything. It was an overall good experience.
