As always Dr. Phifer has a calming presence and projects concern and interest. The new medical assistant Natalie was also personable and good listener.
During my visit, I expressed concern about a few things and Dr. Phifer assured me in how I was feeling, provided some education as well as resources for me to consider. Dr. Phifer is always so kind and caring with her delivery, which makes the whole process comfortable and less intimidating. Also, the Nurse Assistant, Chanel was kind and had amazing bedside manner.
The overall service is outstanding, from the time you walk in the door until you check out.

The front desk was welcoming and kind. The assistant that walked me back to the room was detailed and kind in demeanor. Dr. Phifer has made my transition painless as my previous doctors practice closed and was with her for several years. Thank you for your services!
The medical assistant could have been a little more friendly. I think she was new , other than that my appt went very well
The only Issue had was that I had a previous x-yay of my left hip a year ago. The Dr told me that Raleigh Radiology had been unable to contact me for the x-ray. I thought I had the x-ray but I checked up on it and I indeed had this x-ray. I"m not sure why thay happened. Dr. Phifer is an excellent doctor and I would reccomend her to anyone.
