The front desk staff was really kind to my son, and made him laugh when he was scared. Dr. Marshall was really kind and also made my son laugh and feel comfortable. He explained everything to me and made sure all of my questions were answered.

The gentleman that checked us in at North Raleigh ENT was so caring and prompt on checking us in. One of the nicest people I’ve dealt with at a front desk. Very personable but also thorough. Also Dr. Marshall is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. Her pediatrician originally wanted her to go to UNC but I asked to see Dr. Marshall instead and so glad we did. He was an expert on what Caroline was dealing with. So smart but also great communicator. He is my go to for any ENT issues.

Sara did an outstanding job of listening to me and my concerns about the "stuff in my ear" and it's relevance to my taking an [Rx]. Then, as she vacuumed out my ear, she did note that it was more liquidy than before, noting the difference and understanding what the correlation I was talking about.

Very thankful! It was my child’s nap time and I was trying to keep him calm . Dr was very kind about his energy and anxiety which put me at ease to listen to the important medical information.
