Sheet Pan Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli

This recipe is intended for patients who have successfully completed the Soft Solid phase and are over eight weeks post-op.
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. bag frozen shrimp
- 1- 12 oz. bag frozen broccoli (or cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, etc.)
- 2 tablespoon of garlic infused olive oil (for flavor variation, use sesame oil, truffle oil, etc.)
- Seasonings of choice – recommended 1 Tbsp each of sriracha sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Place parchment paper or aluminum foil on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place baking sheet in oven while it preheats.
- Place shrimp and broccoli on sheet and drizzle with oil, top with desired seasoning, and toss to evenly coat.
- Roast for 15-25 minutes until cooked to desired crispiness.
Makes 4 servings.
