At-Home Cardiac Rehabilitation
WakeMed now brings cardiac rehab directly to your home through our collaboration with our collaboration with Aviary Health (formerly Recora). This program provides patients with the opportunity to receive the same recovery benefits as our in-person rehab through live, one-on-one virtual sessions.
Participating patients will receive a Cardiac Recovery Kit that includes exercise equipment and a wearable health device that relays information about your activity and safety to your Aviary care team who is monitoring your progress as you work out. Your care team uses this information in real time to guide your workouts and adjust your personalized plan for safety and progress.
