Help us protect our patients, families and staff from RSV and the flu by following these visitation restrictions currently in effect.

  • No visitors under the age of 12 are allowed in patient care areas.
  • Please do not visit patients if you are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea or cold or flu-like symptoms.

Breastfeeding Support Group

Breast FeedingThese FREE support groups are staffed by certified lactation consultants and are designed for moms and breastfeeding (or breast milk feeding) babies from birth through the first year of life.

We offer an open, supportive forum to talk about the challenges and joys of breastfeeding as well as an opportunity to weigh your baby.  Also, we know getting out of the house can be hard for new moms, so please feel free to come as you are and it is OK to arrive late.

Also, in cases of inclement weather, we will follow Wake County School System’s closings and delays decisions.

The breastfeeding support group meets in three locations, including:

Western Wake

Note: The Western Wake support group has moved from Apex Healthplex to Cary Hospital.
