WakeMed Opens New MyCare 365 Location in Raleigh

WakeMed is growing for good health and continues to expand its network of primary and urgent care services throughout the region. With MyCare 365, WakeMed brings a new model of care to the Durham community, designed to deliver both primary care and urgent care on a walk-in basis as well as by appointment.
The physician-led team of providers at MyCare 365 offer convenient access for routine care and non-emergency injuries and illnesses in person, from home via telemedicine or while you travel.
MyCare 365 in the Hope Valley Commons Shopping Center opened their doors on Monday, January 30, 2023. The expansion to this area marks the continued growth of WakeMed’s network of providers, clinical specialties and convenient locations – enhancing access to services that help improve the health and well-being of the community.
This Hope Valley location is the newest addition to WakeMed’s growing roster of MyCare 365 locations and offerings. Convenient access and ready availability from home or in person, means you and your family have the care they need when they need it.
