WakeMed Named One of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek

RALEIGH, N.C. (January 27, 2023) – We are pleased to share that WakeMed has been named one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek! The list includes 1,000 companies nationwide and identifies the employers dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion — as determined by 389,000 individual company reviews from employees.

To determine the ranking, Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights to compile the list using publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous, online survey of a diverse pool of employees at companies with 1,000 or more employees.
