Conveniently located along NC-42 (Veterans Parkway) and NC-50 (in the Middle Creek Crossing Shopping Center), our practice is available every day of the year to meet your primary care needs. We welcome new patients and invite you to stop by and make MyCare, your care.

Our unique care model equals both quality and convenience. Whether it is an urgent care visit or routine medical visit, the team at MyCare 365 is adept at treating everything from twisted ankles and coughs to routine physicals and vaccinations.

We welcome patients to make appointments or drop in when you have time or need a quick check up. Whatever the need, we’re here to meet you on your terms and at your convenience.

And if you don’t already have a primary care physician, welcome home. We’re pleased to fill that role and be by your side no matter the need, no matter the day.
