About Me
Jennifer Apple is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with clinical interests in general cardiology, coronary disease, heart failure and electrophysiology. She enjoys educating her patients and providing them with the tools they need to optimally care for their disease. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and doctor of nursing practice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Apple brings nursing experience in various fields including cardiology, home health, emergency and acute care.
Apple approaches every patient as an individual, using evidenced-based medicine to provide the highest level of care possible. Her practice continues to evolve as disease processes and treatments do. Each patient becomes a partner in their care, investing in their own health and well-being. Outside of work, Apple enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, reading and working in her yard.
