Guests and patients at WakeMed Raleigh Campus can look forward to a facility that meets their every need. Whether you've come to our campus for an appointment or procedure, or you are visiting to support a loved one, our staff and volunteers are here to help you in any way possible.
Chapel and Spiritual Care Services
During weekdays, for WakeMed Raleigh, call the Spiritual Care office at 919-350-8556. Our chaplains are specially trained to work with hospital patients and families and are available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to minister to your needs. The Raleigh Campus chapel is located on the third floor of the Main Tower between 3A and 3B. The chapel is available for patients, families and staff for private meditation.
Critical Care Waiting Room
A receptionist is available in the Raleigh Campus Critical Care Waiting Room 24 hours a day. The Waiting Room is designed to accommodate adults who are waiting for patient information or to visit with their loved one. Visitors may spend long periods of time in the Waiting Room. Therefore, we make every effort to maintain a quiet environment that is free of distractions and clutter.

Heart Center Waiting Areas
For a hospitalized patient, your family/friends may wait in your hospital room until your return. Family/friends of same-day procedure patients may wait in the Heart Center lobby or in the Heart Center's 2nd Floor Family Waiting room.We suggest that they have something to read such as a book, newspaper or magazine to help pass the time. A coffee bar is located in the Heart Center Lobby and operates Monday through Friday, 6 am to 1 pm. There are vending machines in the Heart Center lobby so it may be helpful to have change for the machines.
Lodging
Find lodging options near the Raleigh Campus to make it easier for you to commute back and forth to and from the hospital. Many facilities offer discounts for hospital patients and their visitors. Rates are subject to change.
