I’m delighted that the CHF clinic has an out patient [] program, over and above oral meds. This keeps my [] year old father out of the ED & hospital. Rex does not offer this, therefore, we requested the referral and made the switch. Dad received IV diuretics that very day, which he needed! We were then able to come home and follow up for future bloodwork and treatment at home has been scheduled. What a blessing!!! Thank you to the CHF Clinic at Wake Med!
