I feel I was heard and Allison reached out to me by phone and took care of me. This was my first hospitalization and surgery so I wasn’t sure if I was getting my question heard but by her reaching out to me, she made me feel comforted.

Before I had surgery on [DATE], Dr. Riggins explained with a picture she drew, to let me know what wrong inside was. Then she explained what the procedure was involved to [...]. This appointment was for post op to see how I was healing. She even explained when I should call back if I had any issues or questions.

Hey Dr. Wiggins, personal approach and willingness to listen and converse about my medical situation was exceptional. A breath of fresh air in a medical system that frequently leaves patients feeling like items on a conveyor belt.
