Jessica Revels, RN, FNP

Jessica C. Revels, RN, FNP, joined WakeMed in 2007 working with cardiology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings as part WakeMed Heart & Vascular. Although cardiology practice remains of huge interest to her, she shifted gears and took a career step towards working on a more prevention side of care. Today, she works with the QUIT With WakeMed, WakeMed's tobacco cessation program. Tobacco played a large part in her life growing up as she watched several family members suffer the consequences of tobacco dependence. It is very rewarding to Jessica to help others break their nicotine dependence and know that they are having a better quality of life as well as improved outcomes.
