This was the first time I had a video visit due to having []. The process was easy and the appointment with the provider was easy to schedule. The staff and nurse was friendly and understanding. The nurse explained the treatment and medication I was provided. Overall, I was pleased with the entire visit.

I liked their caution. I caught a summer cold and when I told them about it they tested me for COVID and flu while wearing the appropriate PPE. Ms. Welch was wearing the PPE as well as a precaution and helped me get a prescription for my [] medication, which was originally what I was there to discuss.

Although I did not have an appointment, I appreciated that the Intake person was able and willing to get me attended to quicker than the "wait time" originally given.
Ashley was certainly excellent she took time to look at my problem and also my medical background and because of that took a two step approach to my issue if step one didn’t alleviate it we would then try step 2 but luckily in my case step 1 was successful and we avoided unnecessary antibiotics.
Ashley Welsh is an excellent listener. She answered all of my questions and included me in setting next steps and plans. She followed up the very next day, sooner than I expected. The medical assistant was also friendly and helpful. I can’t recall her name but she worked in mental health before joining this office.
I've had my blood work done twice in the lab downstairs, and they did a fantastic job. I'm scared of needles, and I didn't even feel it. They're amazing.

Her bedside manner is the best I’ve ever seen. (I work in trauma so I’ve seen my fair share of bedside manner in the hospital setting). I feel at peace knowing I have a good medical professional that has my back. If she leaves WakeMed I’m going where ever she goes! LOVE WakeMed, but I’d have to go.
