Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor. She’s very caring always gets back to you at in a timely fashion. She even calls off hours. She has always gotten me the help that I need! I have always felt that she is there for me!!

The willingness to care for the patient is appreciated. I would always like to be able to count on the medical services of Dr. Crane, who, by the way, responds quickly, even via email. I have been her patient for over 4 years now and I have no complaints about her. I was surprised to be able to schedule my appointment so quickly because it is no secret that getting these appointments can sometimes take months and that is what makes patients look for other doctors.

There was also another nurse in training and a nursing student. . I think the student was new and one maybe has been there for longer. They were both attentive and concentrating on learning and the one that was interacting with me did a great job and took her job seriously. The other one was a student that was attentive and learning. I cannot remember her name but the nurse that has been at this practice did a great job educating the newer nurse and student. I feel extremely comfortable at this practice and actually looked forward to seeing them again based on my past experience with them. This practice has remained personable and takes care of their patients with real interaction. Since COVID, medicine is no longer handled this way. I greatly appreciate them and their approach with their patience.

Everything about my experience with Dr. Crane was outstanding. From my first visit with her, I had complete confidence in her abilities. She explained everything clearly, was kind and compassionate, spent time with me, and was everything I would have wanted a doctor to be. She was reassuring before the surgery and communicated clearly with my daughter post surgery. I experienced numerous unanticipated post surgery complications over a weekend. Dr. Crane was the doctor on call, and she responded to my messages quickly, took my concerns seriously, diagnosed issues accurately, and did everything she could get me comfortable and on the road to recovery as quickly as possible. The scheduler for Dr. Crane‘s office had put me in the wrong schedule slot for me for that day. It was scheduled as an office visit versus a procedure to be done. Dr. Crane worked magic and was able to get my procedure done anyway on that day. She is a really great and caring doctor.

Dr Crane reviewed my chart before my exam. Before and during the exam she asked questions confirming what was in my chart and pre exam questionnaire. Her physical exam was very thorough. She explained what she was going to do for the exam. After the exam, I was brought to Dr Crane's office. Being fully dressed and in an office rather than half dressed in an exam made me feel respected., Dr Crane used medical photos of my anatomy to show me where and what my physical problems were. She then discussed treatment options and gave me literature to take home to review. She encouraged me to reach out via my chart app if I had further questions. I left feeling I had options as to what the next step in my care would be and supported in my decision.
