Patient Care Philosophy
Each patient is unique; therefore, I know that I must do what is best for each individual patient. I focus on ensuring every patient understands his or her disease, treatment and the actions that he or she can take to improve health and prevent further relapses. I focus on lifestyle changes for improved health. I have not done my job if a patient does not fully understand his or her condition and treatment options.
Physician Bio

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Mary McNeely is a certified physician assistant specializing in adult cardiology, with expertise in general cardiology, stress testing and cardiovascular disease prevention. Because health and wellness have always been her passion, she decided to pursue a career in medicine. After starting her career as an exercise physiologist and personal trainer, she found that she wanted to work more with people who needed to improve their health and quality of life.

Mary enjoys working with patients and educating them on how to be proactive about their health. This can be through disease treatment, helping them cope with an illness, or helping them make healthier lifestyle choices.

Married with two children, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and kids. She is also an avid runner and former collegiate track athlete.
