Dr. Nagaraja took her time to make sure I understood what was going on in my lungs. She listen to each of my questions and waited until I had completed my thoughts, then she replied, and then asked if I understood and did I have any questions. From the check in and the nurse getting vitals and then seeing Dr. it was a wonderful experience. I was nervous like I always am when I don't know what is going on. Dr. Nagarja explained everything and I can understand. Also was patient and answered all my questions. Even the communication on portal was extremely helpful. Especially when I had issues my with insurance and finding right medication that was covered Dr. Nagarja and staff where extreme helpful and patient. Thank you all so much! :)
