Dr. Lee is very kind, caring, understanding, calm, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best GP I’ve had in decades. He is, without question, the kind of physician (and person) WakeMed primary could use as an ideal template for future MD hires.

I left a msg the day before my appt at 3:33p....and was not sure I would hear back. At 7:00-ish a.m. the morning of my appt, I had a call back from the office answering my question. I thought that was amazing...Gail called me back. Dr. Lin is always professional, friendly, informed....just a wonderful doctor. I had a female dr at this practice several years ago. She made a few mistakes that could have been costly for me but I questioned her and she corrected herself. Also, she kept me waiting often. I finally open the exam room door and saw her sitting on the counter, joking with the staff....more than once. Dr. Lin has never done that.

After much research in finding a primary care physician, I chose Dr. Lin. He is engaged in conversation with his patients cares about follow up. Most importantly for me, He LISTENS, takes notes, not one to just shake his head and say ok. He obviously cares about his patients and sees to the fact that they recieve the best care possible.
I had vague symptoms but experienced same illness many times in the past, before I was a patient here. Dr Lin took my concerns into account with his examination findings. We were borderline on taking a certain test & decided it wouldn’t hurt to take it. Test was positive. Needed [Rx] as a result & very grateful illness had not progressed, which it surely would have without test & treatment.

Dr Lin was quick to refer me to the Wake Med Wound Center after looking at my injury. I was thankfully able to go there a day after seeing Dr. Lin due to his urgent request to them. That was exactly where I needed to be and I am now receiving their specialized care . I had previously seen a PA ( Lauren) who attempted to treat my injury which was clearly not her expertise. I am thankful that Dr Lin had the professionalism and wisdom to make the referral and I will be forever grateful to him. Excellent doctor!
