The office space itself was excellent. Very clean, bright, and had a lot of natural sunlight through the windows. The space was nicely decorated and had plenty of seating.
The ease in which my wellness visit was changed to a sick visit when I stated I wasn’t feeling well. Front desk staff are the best!! Both of these ladies.
All the staff and providers were very friendly and caring.
Hannah is amazing. She listens and ask questions. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her.

Front desk, reception ladies are AWESOME!! All medical staff including Hannah Bologh are just great and will be a patient for many many years. And I drive an hour from my home to Oberlin - it's worth it.
The medical assistant (his name starts with an H)is excellent. He is patient and comforting. He explains everything that is going to happen. He’s the perfect person to start your visit with.
As a new patient, I was impressed with Hannah on her incredible attentive and thoroughness. The ease of onsite lab work was also very much appreciated.
Ms Balogh is a good listener. She is caring and does not hurry your visit. She always responds to your questions and explains all test results so you understand your status and options.
I was impressed that they had me wait in a private room since we didn’t know my diagnosis..I wouldn’t want to infect others as it turned out it was not an issue but you never know

My blood pressure was high at first, but he manually took it again after a few minutes and it was normal. Very good visit.

I feel relieved after the thorough testing from ER, into my follow up appointment wakemed referred me to, I was also reassured and it was explained again to me. Possibilities of what was causing pain was discussed, and Hannah FNP was exactly right.It was muscular. I agreed it was most likely(based on all my test results). Very intriguing how they figure out what is going on in a patients body and the steps they take to rule things out. Very impressed, I feel like it’s a mystery solved, and I no longer am afraid that I’m gonna have an organ explode at any moment or movement ?? she prescribed [Rx] & did the trick. Probably needed a stronger dose.. I asked her for the smallest possible dose though so that’s on me. I was worried about alertness at night with my kids. I decided to take them as prescribed 3x per day as needed and that seemed to do the trick with the [RX] as recommended by Hannah. I consider this my new primary care & will continue care here from now on.
Everyone I interacted with was so nice and did their jobs well while engaging me in conversation. It made me feel relaxed and welcomed.
