The nurse who took vitals was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time to verify all information and shared results of blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels when Ashley came into the room, she greeted me and reviewed all results. I feel very much at ease with all personnel and treatments.

I saw Ashley because I was having trouble recovering from a hip replacement. The physical therapist thought it might be []. Ashley spotted right off that it was my lower back and sent me for x-rays which confirmed her diagnosis. I'm very glad that I saw her because now I can take care of the problem

I was one year behind on my annual physical and a couple of screenings; instead of shaming me (as a previous physician had once done (FYI - not a WakeMed practice), which was awful), she did just the opposite! She expressed how great it was that I was there that day and kindly initiated my appointment with an extremely pleasant, "Hello! So nice to see you. How are you?"...putting me at ease immediately. She listened intently to everything I had to say and provided great input and care. She is always attentive, thorough, thoughtful in her responses and feedback, responsive to any/all questions (in person as well as through the portal); and, extremely patient and kind. My physician Ashley Greer has never made me feel rushed in any way during my visits. She is always willing to listen to me and give necessary advise. She always responds to messages I leave on My Chart and when I have office visits with her there is never a long waiting period nor do I feel she rushing to end the visit. She listens when I talk and willingly explains and answers any questions or fears I may be having about health, medicine and my emotional state. She is an exceptional physician, I've worked for physicians in hospital and medical office settings as Adminstrator for 35 years so I'm a good judge in regards to my personal opinions regarding Dr. Greer.

Ms Ashley Greer should be recognized as "outstanding" in recognizing I needed "blood work for being dehydrated and needing "other test "taken today at Raleigh Radiology that alerted her to some "liver" abnormalities in our " annual physical exam".
This was probably my best experience at any WakeMed over the last few years. The medical assistant and PA I had were probably the best and kindest I've experienced.
