Referrals & Scheduling
A physician referral is necessary for all imaging procedures except screening mammography. WakeMed OneCall manages all physician referrals and scheduling for imaging services with the exception of Interventional Radiology. These procedures are scheduled directly between the referring physician and the team.

- PET/CT Scan Imaging: Please fill out the 210 PET referral form and fax to WakeMed OneCall at 919-350-8959. For questions about a PET/CT Imaging Scan, please call 919-350-4210.

All WakeMed Imaging sites are accredited by the American College of Radiology. North Hospital and Cary Hospital are designated Breast Centers of Excellence.
