Student Observerships
At WakeMed Health and Hospitals, we support observational experiences for individuals interested in various opportunities including exposure to health careers and other non-clinical opportunities. Observations must be a requirement for graduation from an accredited school or be physician supervised. Please read the policy carefully to understand the shadowing procedure, participant's responsibilities, the mentor's responsibilities and general guidelines for a job shadow experience.
